I frequently visit Donavon's with the family or friends after work. I almost always come on Friday night and usually get served by Sharon. She has a contagious smile, remembers your name and what you told her before and also what you usually eat or drink. She has always gotten the order right and I have never had to "search for her." She seems to always be there when we need something. I am a bit of a creature of habit and it is always so nice to see her friendly face. Last night, I went there with my family and the food was its usual delicious and the service was good and attentive. Sharon wasn't there and I asked about her. They said they didn't know when she would be back. Like I said the service last night was good and attentive, but I realized perhaps for the first time that one of the major reasons I keep on coming back is Sharon. I hope she is back soon!

Had the pulled pork and cheese steak sliders. The pork was good, wasn't crazy about the sauce on it but it was still good. The steak however was delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted and mixed in with the steak and onions. I also had the mac n cheese balls which were decent. I'm glad I got them but probably wouldn't order them a second time. This place isn't great for groups of 7+. The biggest table when I went could only sit 6 people.

Decent Iris pub is South Norwalk. The burger is quite good , and the staff is friendly. Would go there again for a beer and burger.

Great food and great atmosphere! The service staff was very attentive! Yummy way to finish the day after visiting the Maritime aquarium!

Couldn't stay long to enjoy the service and food, but all in my group recommended their food to each other should we be able to return sometime. We were travelling for business and t was a very nice place to take a break.
