I used Door realty in the park cities area for the flat fee.... they did practically no marketing and my house did not sell.  I relisted it with an agent that does a good amount of business around here and agreed to pay for a higher commission. The agent sold it in less then 2 months and i got 20k higher then what i has it listed with Door.  Door is not a neighborhood expert realty, they are a flat fee with no expertise company. Interview agents and make an educated decision. I wish I did before listing with them.

Fabulous service and people. I was a first time home buyer, and they went above and beyond to explain the whole process to me. They negotiated a can’t-be-beaten price and gave me money back at close. It was an excellent experience, and I’d absolutely recommend using Door to buy or sell a home any day.

The Door team is absolutely outstanding to work with! Once we gave one of their agents (Matt) our parameters on what we were looking for, he was ready within the hour to take us on our tour of a diamond of a home that had just listed that morning. Very thorough communication throughout our entire process! Love them!

Door Homes has been an amazing company to work with... from their office staff to their Agents. We have been very impressed with the service and making sure everything goes smoothly.  They are a 5+ for us!
