Bill Griffin and his team were extremely professional, timely, and receptive to novel ideas. I personally worked with Olga McLemore and Bill Griffin and both were receptive and responsive to my numerous questions and emails at various times during the day. This was especially comforting since I am first time homebuyer and I had an excessive amount of questions. They also had a connection to a great inspector who came out and reviewed the property quickly, which allowed for rapid negotiations. Due to their constant diligence and determined effort we were able to close on my desired condo efficiently at a price below the seller's asking point. I am extremely satisfied with the Bill Griffin team and would personally thank Olga for being so responsive and attentive to my real estate needs. Without their efforts I would not have been able to negotiate such an amazing deal on such a great property. After having being in business for 9 years and looking to expand our residential based business my sister and I in random conversation mentioned this to Jennifer Long, a long time friend who immediately started to help us make our dreams a reality. Nowadays, I often times catch myself reflecting on how everything worked out to bring us here. Specifically, I will be thinking about all the things that Jennifer did to get us here. I can't say enough about Jennifer's professionalism, true caring nature, and knowledge. Jennifer’s extensive real estate networks and connections proved to be invaluable as we closed on NOT one but TWO properties.  

Jennifer was a huge help in getting our financing, and more important, she did not forget us once the deal was done. I have called Jennifer for recommendations of contractors, handymen, and cleaners, among other professionals and she’s been extremely RESPONSIVE and thoughtful in recommendations to us. I’m excited and certainly looking forward to my next purchase with Jennifer as my realtor!

When my husband and I moved to the Dallas area twenty years ago, Bill Griffin helped us find our home.  It was a perfect house, and it fit the needs of our young family until our three children grew up and left for college. Last spring, when we were considering a move closer in to Dallas to help with my job commute, the only call we made was to Bill Griffin.  After just two weekends of driving around to show us homes, and after sending us a multitude of online options, Bill helped us find another perfect house.  He negotiated a contract for a house in Dallas on a half acre lot, at a perfect location, and at a great price.  Twenty years ago, we wanted and needed a move-in ready house, and Bill found that for us.  This time, my husband and I wanted to remodel a mid-century home,and Bill found that for us.  He even recommended a great contractor to do the updates.  We could not be happier with our new home and with the expert help Bill gave us both times we called on him.

Jennifer was an amazing realtor as she found a buyer for my condo for top dollar.  I had listed it before with no luck, but she facilitated it getting staged professionally which made it sell fast.  She then found a great deal for me where I got a house for $100k less than what it appraised for in a seller's market!  Really unbelievable on both sides!

We recently relocated from New England to Dallas and found Bill through a friend. We could not have been more thrilled with our experience. Because we were on a tight timeline and could not come down to search for a home before our move, we decided to rent until we could find a permanent home. Bill not only took the time to visit MANY rentals on our behalf, but he drove contracts all over town, acted as our liaison with property owners, and got us set up in a great neighborhood. When we moved the rental market was tight and homes were flying off the market, but because of Bill's tenacity, we were able to secure a great home as soon as it hit the market. He went WAY above and beyond our expectations. The level of care, commitment and professional attitude was extraordinary. We will be starting our house hunt again soon and are thrilled to have Bill working with us! If you are searching for a home in the Dallas area, you must give him a call.
