I looked for a price list online and didn't find one so I called. They quoted $25 for a two piece suite. I don't care how convenient, that is way too much.

I was shocked when I picked up my 3-1/2 year old daughter's sleeveless dress this evening and the bill was almost $23.00. They told me that pricing started at around 6-7 dollars but the cost went up since it had an embroidered trim (machine embroidered, not delicate embroidery) and a spot. (Do they charge less if you bring in your clean clothes to be cleaned?) It was my first and last visit to this cleaner. Their pricing is ridiculous.

I have been a customer here for three years, primarily because it is so close to home and convenient. They are pricier than other dry cleaners, but convenience won out. However, I am now completely done with this business. I dropped off a Lands End canvas bag to be dry cleaned on 10/1. They called me the next day to let me know that it would be $40 to clean the bag; again super pricey, but I needed it done. So I authorized the cleaning of the bag. Now in mid November I went in to pick it up and lo and behold it wasn't ready, they damaged the bag in the cleaning process and told me that they had called Land's End to get me a replacement bag back in October. I have ordered many things thru LE and nothing ever takes more than 2 weeks to arrive from an order and this is going on 2 months. Not only do I still not have the bag as of today 12/5, but the owner has not been able to provide any update as to when I get my new bag AND he insists that I still owe the original $40 cleaning fee for a damage his company incurred to the bag. Clearly customer service is not a value with Door to Door Cleaners and as soon as I have my bag in my possession I will never be a customer again. UPDATE: On 12/6 at 3:45 Sajid the owner called me upset with the nature of my initial review. He continually asked me to remove my initial review once I receive the new bag from Land's End after he told me it will cost his company over $125 for my bag to be replaced and tested (color testing, etc.). He was incredibly rude and aggressive with me and when I would not agree to remove the initial review he said "Ok, now we will play hard ball" and disconnected the call. I will NOT be removing this post because he pressured me to do so and I feel that customers in El Segundo should know the type of business he is running.

This is the best cleaner in the El Segundo area. I use them whenever I am visiting here on business and my clothes have never been lost. The staff he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. On top of everything else, they are just plain nice. My clothes are always ready very quickly and they do a perfect job every time. July 16, 2009
