I wish I could give this place no stars. The washing machines have so much old residue from soap and softener that even with a mild amount of soap, and then trying no soap at all, your clothes still come out soapy and some smelling like mildew which can clearly be seen in some of the washers. They are terrible about refunding your money and they lied about refunding my money. They are also owned by an extremely sexist family and accused me of wanting to do my laundry for free and we're extremely condisending and awful. Never give this place your business. And like the review above, I don't believe they actually use hot water .

Customers beware Sudz Laundry Mat  they do not use hot water.  I  was washing my clothes on the hot water cycle and the water was luke warm this is not the first time  that I have experience this.  I have brought it to the lady that work there attention and she said that one of their customer was burn using the hot water, so the owner decided to use warm water only.  I will not be returned to this laundromat. THEY DO NOT USE HOT WATER!
