WIC is a free nutrition program that provides healthy foods for pregnant, breastfeeding women and children under the age of 5 healthy.

Breastfeeding education and support
Referrals to other services that can benefit the whole family
Breastfeeding classes, one on one breastfeeding support, as well as immunization screening and referrals
Who is Eligible?
If you are a father, mother, grandparent, foster parent or legal guardian of a child under 5, you can apply for WIC for your child.
You can Participate in WIC if you
Live in Massachusetts
Have a child under 5 years old
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Meet the family income guidelines
Participants with MA Health Standard are automatically eligible for WIC
SNAP participants are automatically eligible for WIC
