The worst service ever I would not ever refer anyone to deal with than at Freeport street they never get your paper work processed on time I hate that I ever had to be in this position and I am absolutely working my hardest to get out of it. They have done so many people wrong and another thing they reveal confidential information on all correspondence they send you where as your neighbor can receive your mail and then have access to all your information because they don’t want to truly protect your information or else they would not put it on that papers the mail out to you they always screwing up paper work! Especially when you move they harasss you with review paper work because they don’t want to give out your own hard work benefits that you earned for working many years as well as your family who is still working to pay into this system that should be working for me not against me! I always feel overwhelmed and stressed out when I have to relocate in the past to end dealing with this in the present transferring information only to be set up with several reviews and them withholding my benefits every time when nothing has changed yet instead they harass me with paper work I wish the commissioner of this particular office deal with them folks there they need a check too! It is over the top madness dealing with them in Freeport st. They need to get my paper work right! And release my benefits this is the cause of homeless families interrupting my pay I refuse to depend on you very rude and ignorant folks! I will go to another location like the head quarters instead of going to your office ever again. And if they give me any problems any where else I will be doing way more reviews maybe even my own tv special dedicated to this ridiculous folks! Make relcating easy then hectic it is enough to travel a distance and deal with all the madness moving costs to get to this state and shut off of my benefits my eyes hurt my wrist swell up can’t see a doctor because they stopped my insurance and screwing up stress levels I ended up in ER depressed now very disappointed here already!

This is the worst ssi office in Boston do not go here at all cost.  Thank me later.  Better off calling and scheduling a appointment.  I came in at 9:00 and left at 11:00 and still didn't meet my representative

The wait times are horrible.  The service is disrespectful. A Ms Dubulsson is very unprofessional. She talks to people like they're aren't worth her time. I am not happy how the states employes people like this who do care about the people they are serving. Time for the states to upgrade their whole system.
