On a positive note they are very prompt and efficient.  On the other hand staff is not very friendly or personable. They give orders with no explanation. The staff member that helped me was visiting with other staff members and barking orders at me. I know they are the only choice for DMV services so they have no motivation to be pleasant. Maybe they could take some classes to be a little more friendly and a little less rude. Nobody likes to be treated like this.

Very helpful staff, short 10-15 minute wait, new location is nice.  (BONUS) All of the ladies working there were cute and attractive!

Worst place to go. Workers spend more time talking then working. Waited almost 2 hours several times with less than 50 people ahead of me.

Wow 60 people in line each day I have been here.   They make you take numbers it's the worst managed department I have ever seen.
