This was the most rudest unprofessional place I ever been... My baby was talking and this man told me they couldnt do business with my kids talking so we had to stand in -5 degree weather. Y'all really need to train the staff better in talking to people. Their customer service skills are horrible. Don't u guys know if we waiting a hour kids are not going to be quite. And putting me out in the cold with my kids was just not cool.

I feel like all the staff are racist. EVERYTIME i come here they make it so hard for you to get anything if you are a certain color. I watched how they treated the next customer that has the same color as them and it was WAYY BETTER than how they treated me 2 seconds ago. They stare at you as if you are not suppose to be there. I experience this attitude from almost all the employees. I recommend if you are of color do not go here at all and its the same at the other DMV too. They talk loud so everybody can hear whats going on with your situation. I moved here from the city and i never experience this type of behavior in my life. I would have expected that from the cities. Not a town that barely have people to began with smh. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I've been treated hastily and poorly every time I've been to this place.  Being snapped at and looked at like a burden, as if I also don't work for a living.  I don't understand these people.  Maybe they're lacking training, basic customer service skills, or are stressed out, but I think a staff meeting is well overdue.

I went to road test with that one old lady and in result time she was so loud that everyone hear what did I do mistake and I don’t like that. Result supposed to be privacy not public but she was so loud I feel like she trying to  act like boss and show to other what she can do. I don’t like how she communicate people. I have never seen a single smile on her face.
