Was really disappointed with this trip. I call 20 minutes ahead as I normally do on Wed. I get hear and there is no order in my name. But I'm assured my order is in the oven????? And now my order is 3 dollars more than it was when I ordered it on the phone. The manager didnt even approach me to ask is anything was wrong when it was obvious there was. Again very disappointed in a place I regularly go to.

Their Pizza is a 3, but their service brings them down. I tried using the online ordering system. I'm located between 2 locations, about 3 miles from each. The site said my address was outside the delivery area. I called a location and the manager told me, "I don't know. I don't use the online system". I used grubhub, paid the few extra dollars and tried the ok pizza.

SLOWEST SERVICE OF ALL TIME, do NOT waste your time or money here. They have everything out except cheese. Pineapple and balogne, jalapeño and cream cheese, egg plant and duck tampon. Pizza is a 0/10, go to CiCis if you want quality service and pizza

Wanted to try a new pizza in the area, Double Dave's looked like a great option. The order time was an hour and understandably, it's Sunday and the NBA playoffs are on. So although the estimated delivery was from 12:05-12:15. I figured I'd just wait of course, it's Austin, there could be traffic or it could have even just got extremely busy. A little after 12:30 I choose to just call on check on the pizza, when I called the employee informs me that they had "account orders" that apparently take precedent over a normal customer order. When I called the pizza was just getting out of the oven and the delivery driver was not even back for when it did come out. She didn't so much as apologize for the inconvenience, didn't make an attempt to make my business feel appreciated. She didn't even act like she cared until I sounded disappointed. Even if the product is excellent the service was very poor, and it is disappointing as a customer of course to feel your business isn't as appreciated as others.

I usually just go to the buffet. Everything is pretty good. My favorite is the Philly cheese steak Stromboli.
