Everyone at the front desk is super helpful and very nice. The rooms are big and clean. Bed is extra comfy. Bathroom is on the smaller side. The waitress at breakfast has yet to say a word to my husband and I going on 3 mornings now. No coffee, nothing. This is my only complaint. It hasn't been super busy and I have tried getting her attention several times, but she just walks to the back. Not sure what the deal is. Everyone else is great. Just terrible service for breakfast.

The staff are amazing! Rooms are great! If ever in the area I would certainly consider staying here again. Was very happy to discover a Starbucks just a few steps away. Thank you!

5 stars? Book at your own risk: 2 nights and 4 bedbug bites at the Wilmington Legal District Doubletree Hotel! The hotel called pest control, but won't send the inspection report nor provide a refund. If I could post the photos of the 4 nasty red welts on my arm here, I would.

Harry from the front desk is AMAZING, selfless, and a timely customer service agent. Within seemingly seconds after I called for some miscellaneous, here he came to my room with all of my requests To include a Whole Microwave!!! Yes, he did!!! BEST SERVICE TO DATE, VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! The housekeeping associate was sugary as well. Thank you all for being so nice, I appreciate it more than you know...
