My wife found a roach crawling on her in the morning. We were disgusted and had to check out. The management would not credit our room and said they had to speak to ownership. We emailed a picture of the roach and a respectful letter asking for a credit. They owners refused, even after I shared that I booked a room the next night in a more expensive hotel where I paid nearly double the price. I found out this hotel was owned by the same owners. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Conveniently located near Nemours, clean rooms but aging appliances/carpet, great service, and nice sized rooms. Has shuttle but unfortunately does not run between 10a and 4p. Water also doesn't get that hot. Overall very good experience for the price, especially with online deals. 4.5 stars

They lost my reservation even though I had a confirmation. No apologies given. The reservation agent was high. The room is a dump.

The room and receptionist was very nice. I was bringing my things to the car and I brought the cart back inside by the hall way entrance and a service employee came to me and said " really, is that where you going to leave it ?" And I felt uncomfortable because that is not how you treat a guest. Other Than that I had a pleasant stay.

Rooms were good for the price. Elevators were slow.
