We just purchased our dream house with the help of Doug Buenz. The process was very enjoyable and we gained a lot of knowledge from Doug which led us to make the right decision. He explained all steps involved in the real estate transactions. We are very impressed with Doug’s market knowledge which helped us understand the local neighborhoods and true home values and helped us narrow down our selection to the house we ended up buying. He was very responsive and always available when we had questions, regardless if we sent emails, texts or his cell phone. He is a true real estate professional and was nice to have him on our side when we navigated through our purchase which involved making offers and counter offers leading to successful completion with the help of his negotiating ability. He always follows through all tasks to ensure all loose ends are tied up with all parties in the transaction are moving along on the closing timeline. We first purchased a home with Doug's assistance 18 years ago.  A year ago Doug again helped us with the sale of the home we loved!  He is incredibly helpful, always keeping you calm and focused on a positive outcome.  Doug doesn't just buy and sell homes, he is there years later to help with any issues!  He is amazing at calming things down and keeping "his" clients a priority!  Doug, you are the BEST!  Thank you!

Doug impressed us with his methodical approach and high energy selling process. From our first meeting to the close of escrow, Doug and his team were consummate professionals. They delivered everything promised, and then some. The results were very satisfying.
