We've been renting a house from them and we do NOT recommend them to take care of the property. Their response time is so long, it's ridiculouss and very frustrating.. We once had a broken faucet in our bathroom, that wasn't fixed when we moved out, 4 months later. 2 Days before we moved out, we had (another) leak in our sprinkler system, that cost us a lot of money, and they never bothered to respond to our emails in which we asked them to help solve the problem with us. No response, nothing. Very disappointing. And there are many more issues that they didn't take care of, always a struggle to get in touch with them and always a struggle to get things done. Not good.

I used Silver Creek for several years.  Rock Stars!  I live on the east coast and Steve took Great care of my investment property!!!!

Silver Creek Property Management is a wonderful company to work with! Amazing staff and hardworking people. It's been such a pleasure working with them. Would recommend this company to others.

We rented a property from Silver Creek for over 2 years. They are very professional and easy to work with. Every time we needed a repair or anything they got back to us in a timely manner and always fixed the problem. They are also very helpful with the move out process and actually told us what to fix oursleves in order to get most of our deposit back. We would definitely recommend renting from this property management company.
