Doug was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make these keys for my 2001 Mazda Tribute! Great guy and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended 👍🏽

Doug helped me out in an emergency needed and was able to make keys for my car without a original key. 

Doug helped me do it on the best price all while providing quick speedy service. 
As a previous key maker I was surprised how fast he was able to program the keys to my car as well. He even hoped that I found my keys prior to the service. 

There's a lot of people in this business that make this service a living hell and there's only a few like Doug that are as nice, well priced, and really good at what they do. 

10/10 will be more than happy to let Doug service me again

Awesome service!  After a series of unfortunate events I locked my only key in my car.  Tim came out and got me back in my car in just a few minutes, paperwork included.  He was a great guy and really knew his stuff.

I tried 3 different places before I called Doug's Lock & Key, but next time (hopefully there isn't one) I will be calling them first.  These people deserve your service!

weeks ago I locked my keys in the car and called these guys.  Within 15 minutes they had one of their field techs working it.  As he was working on it, part of my interior door handle cracked (part error, part cheap manufacturing).  However, the field tech was incredibly helpful after he got it open he didn't charge me, he bought a genuine replacement, and together we installed it within a week.  With any job/service accidents happen but its the way the you handle them that makes the difference.  These are the guys you want to call if you want someone stand by their work.
