I have visited the WIC office and the employees are super friendly. It is best to set up an appointment or there will be a wait. They are also very helpful with any questions or concerns you have. I'm not sure why the other reviewers are complaining, this is a service that is being provided free of charge. We are very grateful this program is in place. I breastfeed and have to supplement with formula, if it weren't for this program I would have struggled purchasing formula. It is rather expensive.

I'm supposed to be going Friday for an IUD insertion, how are the nurses? I don't want anyone that's rude or going to be rough or hurt me

The women at the front desk are inconsiderate and rude! I came at 7 am and left without being seen at 9:45. They work very slow with disregard for anyone else's obligations. When they speak to you nothing is in private they will discuss your reason for coming, in detail, from the window and expect a response because,  as she said, "I'm asking you a question, tell me now". If there are any other options in Albany or close please try and find another location. This locations staff lacks customer service, is very slow at their job, and worst of all they are unprofessional!

at the wic office the have awful customer service! the front des clerk is also extremely rude.
