Short wait time, friendly staff, fast service.  Arrived at 9:10 pulled out of the parking lot at 9:31 with my daughters paperwork in hand and complete.

I decided to use the health department to get my birth control refilled. A student nurse was there and she and the main nurse made me feel like they thought I was a clueless idiot. I kept being called cute and young. I'm 25 with two kids, I'm not that young. I know my body well and understand how it works. Apparently the obgyn staff just think anyone using their services are poor trash with no education. That's definitely the feeling I got. All to simply get my BC refilled because I'm not ready for more kids. It was a highly negative experience. Plus both the nurse and student put their hands in me which the nurse asked if the student could but I felt like I couldn't say no. Next year I'll pay 300 dollars to go to a professional office that treats me like a woman and not a child.

Giving 1 star is more than they deserve. I went to get the PPD screening, and the nurse told me to come back Friday. She didn't specify what time to come back on Friday. If she had, I would have gone at that time. I got there before they closed I was told with an attitude that I'd have to pay and have the shot again and wait 3 more days for the results. Horrible experience.

Perfect customer service, I went for 3 shots and had them all done within 2 minutes of going in back. Fast and Efficient what more could you ask? :)
