Wow.....Dr. Rastetter and the whole staff are top shelf professionals. Their facility is very patient friendly, very clean and is ultra modern and up to date. They even have a charging station in the waiting room to power your phone if needed. 5 stars from me, Thanks.

Loved it as much as you can love going to the dentist office. My dentist of 20+ years retired so I found myself having to search for another dentist.  I asked my friends and one of them recommended Dr. Rastetter/Douglas Dental.  I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this office.  The entire staff and Dr. Rastetter were terrific.  Explaining everything thoroughly and making sure there were no surprises with insurance.  I have to have some work done and have no reservations about returning to Douglas Dental.

I scheduled an appointment with this dental office informing them that I wanted an exam and cleaning done.  Showed up to the appointment, and it took over 2 hours to have the dentist finally see me for about 5 minutes to tell me I needed to have work done on my teeth.  I get up to the front receptionist, am informed that the "work" I need done to my teeth will be out of pocket, and that I need to shcedule ANOTHER appointment to get my teeth cleaned.  I took time off from my work to go to this appointment that took all afternoon, just to be informed that they won't be cleaning my teeth this day, and that they want to do some things that will cost about $200.  

I ended up having to cancel the second appointment due to a family emergency, and wound up being harrassed by the people working here to get me to reschedule.  I had a LEAST two phone calls a week from this office trying to get me to come back in for the "work" I needed to get done.

I told them not to call again, and ended up going to Dental Associates instead.  

Do NOT go to this place unless you enjoy wasting your time.
