I recently relocated to Des Moines and was at the same dentist office for 15+ years. After moving here, I knew it'd be hard to replace the office I had been to for many years. But after my experience with Hickman Family Dental, I simply enjoy coming to dentist! The friendly staff, service and professionalism always makes my dentist experience superb.  A huge shout out to Dr. Erickson and Terri who always make me look forward to my next visit. Dr. Erickson takes his time during my visit to make sure he addresses any concerns I have. Terri is personable, positive, detail orientated and takes her time to make sure I understand the different things about my visit. I have recommended Hickman Family Dental to my family/friends and will continue to do so. :)

My first visit and I couldn't say enough good things! Beautiful office, VERY VERY personable and friendly staff! Very glad I transferred to this office!

My old dentist told me stuff I liked, such as everything is great, but wasn't necessarily true. Here, both my hygienist and doctor nicely and professionally tell and show me what I need to do differently, and have fixed what's wrong...  Great front staff too.

I love coming to this office, it is never a dull moment. Between Dr. Erickson's lovely chair side manner and the great friendly staff I never fear going to the dentist. They are able to schedule my appointment times around my work schedule and they are very accommodating. Also a HUGE shout out to Brooke! You are a rock star! You make 7 am not seem so early :) One of the best dental offices I have been to in the DSM Area, keep up the great work Hickman Family staff, you're the best :)

I love Hickman Family Dental - and I finally like going to the dentist - after about 30 years!  The front desk ladies are wonderful and will always fit you in according to your schedule.  They also don't keep you waiting past your appointment time, which is important to me.  All the hygienists I've had are patient and very friendly - and help calm your nerves immediately!  Dr. Krehbiel rocks - he is smart, caring, and takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered.  My husband sees Dr. Erickson and says the same about him.  You can't go wrong with this practice.  Try them out and see!
