I've lived in Douglas Estates for just a short time, but I absolutely love it. The location is convenient to Atlanta, but has an "out-in-the-country" feel. The Park itself is filled with families and hardworking folks on the local construction projects. This means a nice, quiet place to live. The the park is impeccably maintained and the street lights throughout make it easy to get around in after dark. the trash area is conveniently located, well lit and also well maintained. I come and go at all hours and have never felt nervous or unsafe. Mark Cook and his wife, Kelly, who run the property, are as nice as they can be. This is a family-run, family-friendly place to live.

The place are well maintained I especially loved the pool, it's always cleaned and the staff and the manager are all polite and nice. Mark and Kelly are awesome people they are the managers here always there to attend on all our needs and all of our questions been answered. I will recommend this place to all who has RV's and Motorhomes. They will take care of you like a real family even the neighborhood are very friendly they are in fact the definition of southern hospitality!

I lived in this community close to 15 years . It's always been calm, quiet and safe place for kids . Management is always available, prompt and friendly. Great place to call home .

The neighbors are very friendly. And the pool is a nice place to be on a hot summer day.
