If there was a ZERO STAR they'd get that. Worst place ever!! Before we even moved in we started having issues. We were relocating from another city and had very limited time to find a place. We just wanted something cheap to rent fast. I informed the lady (Yira) I had all the money we needed which included security deposit app fee and pet fee. She said just give her the app fee. Later that day we get a call saying someone else got the home we were trying to rent because they brought their security deposit first.  First lie. Knowing we basically had no choice they forced us into a more expensive mobile home. After then the flood gates opened. Mgr lied about having the home cleaned (Magna or Magda) telling my fiancé she cleaned it then telling me she had a crew clean it when there was hair in the bathrooms everywhere and everything was just filthy. The last thing you want to do after moving all day is clean. We get told of an ant problem after we move in, there's poison ivy around one end of our place, there's donkeys on the other side of the fence!!?!! I'm not making this up trust me I wish I was things like this I felt we should have been informed ahead of time. We find out secret charges we weren't told on our lease of which we were only given 7 pages of 21. Gave us a notice to mow the grass even though the Gold Key Service we pay for is supposed to do that among other things they haven't even came by to check even though we got a notice over a month ago saying they were coming within 2 weeks. We go in the office to get answers and all we get is "I don't know" or "that's what it is" no real explanations. They're so used to getting over on people that don't know their rights they don't know how to act when presented with a real situation. Mgr called the cops on us for getting into an argument with her. What kind of property manager calls the cops on her residents?? Guilty people run from situations they can no longer lie their way out of. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER EVER NEVER RENT BUY LIVE ASSOCIATE OR EVEN COME NEAR "Yes" properties. Especially Plantation Estates in Douglasville, Ga 
Say "NO" to "Yes"!!!!!!!!!
Magna and Yira work in the leasing office and will trick you without even blinking an eye!
