At Down Dog Yoga Center we provide a safe and supportive place to practice yoga and connect to the self - body, mind, and spirit. We are a friendly and welcoming community. We have an amazing, knowledgeable staff and offer classes for all levels, beginner through advanced. I'm new to yoga and find the  environment so relaxing and inviting.   Each of the instructors have been so helpful when I'm in their class.  I drive 45 mins each way and finally found a place for me to relax and learn. Thank you

So glad I decided to try out this company on a whim! I was admittedly intimidated by the highly professional yoga center but my expectations were far surpassed. Instructors are encouraging and accepting. If a pose is beyond your capability, no one will look down upon you or judge you whatsoever - teachers and fellow students alike. The facility is impeccably clean and as a self-proclaimed germaphobe, I was deeply impressed by the cleanliness throughout the studio. Sanitizing spray is provided in each studio and the locker rooms are clean, pleasant smelling, etc. I truly experienced no distractions from my original purpose in entering the studio -- my practice. The $20 option for 2 weeks to first time visitors is a complete steal. I will definitely return after my 2 weeks is over. Highly recommend. If you're considering trying Down Dog, do it. You will not regret it!
