This is a warm and welcoming place. The teachers are very experienced and are dedicated to serving all levels of students. I really appreciate the originality and creativity of the teachers - every class with Veronique and Kathe is different - a new experience each time, and always great. The studio is in a safe area with plenty of parking right there. I like the cork floor, the large windows overlooking nature, and the overall ambiance of the studio and the location.

Sanctuary Yoga offers a variety of yoga programs and workshops. I currently take two classes each week and appreciate the fact that each class is different than the one before. The space is welcoming and the wall of Windows allows mother nature inside.

Sanctuary Yoga is a lovely, peaceful place to practice yoga. I usually attend Veronique's classes which are excellent and different every time. I have also enjoyed classes taught by other experienced teachers. I highly recommend this yoga studio

I attend both Yoga and Zen sitting sessions at Sanctuary. Some of the teachers are young and some have years of experience but all are of the highest quality. They are very knowledgeable and caring about the students. The proprietor, Véronique, in particular is a high energy feel-good instructor whose classes vary, depending on where she and the class are at, from killer core work to low key after work restoratives ... New teachers are often showing up to offer pranayama- (breath) or Ayurveda-centered teachings. There have been several great workshops too ... Restoratives and Partner Yoga. All the teachers encourage student self-awareness pursuing improvement without pushing too hard toward some ideal.
