The only reason I gave this theater 2 stars instead of 1 is because I do enjoy going to the movies and this is the only option. With that being said, this theater is horribly run down. Starting with the website which is now as basic black and white as you can get. Then you have the theater itself with horribly damaged seats, including armrests that all the padding has been rubbed off of. Then the tv's in the lobby are rarely, if ever, playing and are horribly outdated. There are few and far between movies that actually have the movie poster outside the screening room it's playing in, replaced by a sheet of paper with the title on it, and above that screening room is just the number of the room instead of the movie playing like it used to. This theater has gone downhill and feels as if they are doing the bare minimum, assuming people will go because it's the only option. There may become a time when that is not enough. Sometimes you do have to spend money to make money. On a good note, it does always seem to be clean and while some employees don't cars about the customers, others are polite and make customers feel welcome. Also, the popcorn is good when its fresh.

As far as I know, this is the only theatre in Kirksville. Being so, it only has a selection of the most popular movies, and you might have conflict if you are trying to see something smaller than a blockbuster. Movies are very cheap for students and I really appreciate that. Have been three times and will for sure be going back soon.

Has 8 screens. Screens are good for watching 2d movies and so so for 3d. Some screens are smaller than the other. Has usually popcorn and soda.
