FINALLY! A playground with shade OVER the play structures, not just around it. But that's only one of the great features about this downtown park. The park is very clean and well maintained. The play structure looks brand new (maybe it is . . . ?). It's a surprisingly expansive park, shaded by grand, old oak trees. Quaint downtown buildings, with their wide variety of boutique shops and one-of-a-kind restaurants and wine tasting rooms surround the park. The park provides a perfect way for all ages to spend a day on the Central Coast.

Clean and well maintained. State of the art playground equipment with handicap options. Free public restrooms that are well kept up. I am not sure it was designed this way but the restroom options give the homeless a nice place to clean up.

The park is clean and has a great playground for my grand children. I don't like the awnings they put over the playground though. I don't feel like it provides atiquate shade for children. I love to go there and people watch after eating or movies

I love to just sit and admire the oak trees. But the have really nice horseshoe pits as well.
