Story

We are a 2700 Sq foot full service jewelry repair and retail store. We specialize in wholesale diamonds, custom jewelry, Rolex, Tag and Omega watches. We are also a full service engraving store. We have a CNC engraving machine and a laser engraving machine that enables us to engrave anything on just about everything.

Awesome place. I had taken my platinum ring in to have diamond set. They did more than necessary to get it to me in time before I left on vacation!  It also was polished and is shining more than ever. Thanks guys I really appreciate it!

On extremely short notice (last minute Christmas present for my son) I was able to have a pocket watch ordered, and picked up the very next day.  Even though it wasn't an expensive item, the initials monogrammed on the front and our message engraved on back made it all the more stunning. I could tell they were very busy with the Christmas rush yet I was treated with patience and kindness.  Thank you for making my Christmas.  He LOVED it!

I have been doing business with them for years now, I have many custom works of art. They have fixed, sized, created and polished most of my jewelry. Everyone in the store is wonderful and I will always bring my jewelry to them.

I am so very happy with the experience I had. My husband and I have used Downtown Goldsmith for repairs and custom jewelry. Both Nick and Jessie are knowledgeable and polite, and are more than willing to take the time to show you items and make you feel welcome. My custom ring is breathtaking and I receive compliments everywhere I go. Not only is it beautiful, but i received it in a very short time. We are very pleased to have such a reliable jewelry store so close to home and will be sure to recommend them and continue to use them in the future. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again.
