The two black managers are good. The spanish female employee has a nasty hateful attitude towards everyone. Wether I'm taking out a loan or paying back a loan I always have a problem with her. The old white guy is very slow and you can easily be stuck with him for an hour trying to do anything in the store. Like I said the managers are great however everyone else basically sucks. The location in Orange City seems to be a bit more professional so I'm switching my transactions to that location.

If you want to stand in line for 40 mins Utes to then have them offer you 1/4 of what your item is valued at used then this is the place for you!!!

So this was my third time ever going to a pawn shop(same pawn shop), first time the woman was  rude. I figured she was having a bad . 2nd time selling thing for a friend who is disabled,,, same woman and same additude......rude and direct, no personality.  3rd time I went in to pay for my girlfriends pawned  items and same woman. She was stressed. And when she gave back the items it was missing a ring. When I asked about it she didn't care and was nor helping solve the problem.  She insisted that she didn't have it. I asked her to go check and she refused. I kept trying to talk to her saying I know u have would u please check cameras,  she said no. She looked  over me and said can I help u to another. They have my girls ring and I don't know what to do.  Any ideas. I will never go there again.

this place is trashhh ,,,dnt know nothing about anything 
went in there and guy at register didnt even know what an car amplifier was c,mon man how are you pawning things and then offered me 14 dollars for 7 xbox 1 games ,,,not any games 2k16 madden 16 battlefield battlefront ,hardline, and some others and 14 dollars hmmmm yah this place suckkssss

 it's a nice place only thing I'll say is there customer service is all business they're not really that sociable I think their prices are kind of high
