Buses are only a few dollars. Very tough city to have a public bus in. They do the best they can. Some are very rude but that's just like any where.

At 5:10 pm. Man was laying on the sidewalk not able to move. Bus driver went out gave him her food and called for help. Best ecperience ever.

I did not take the bus or use the service. But I was very impressed with the security at 5:30 am. The guard was alert and doing his job keeping cars out of the bus area. I felt safe. Great job!

All of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life was had here. Do not get on the phone with these people; all of their reps are poorly-trained. I've been insulted directly in the past and was forced to issue a formal complaint. Fast forward one year later and we are still dealing with unfriendly, unhelpful reps who sound like they just rolled out of bed with a tinge of resentment in their voices. Just today, I asked if a bus was coming on time and all I got was, "Ooookaaayyy....? I don't know, I'm not the driver." What the hell? This is what passes for customer service?
