This place we use to bring a fleet of trucks hear. We spent a lot of money over the years. Ever since they were sold the over all customer exsperiance and service has plummeted. The rates have went up quality went down. New Management brought in my Mister car wash has lack of care. The good old sane when it works don't try to reinvent the wheel. That they did putting more money in there pocket half ass Job.

The car wash portion is great. They cleaned my car wonderfully. It wasn't perfect but for the price they had decent attention to detail and it was very quick. Better than some other Mr car washes I have been to for sure

Very disappointed! 50$ got me streaky windows the cups holders weren’t cleaned out. My car is only 29 days old so it wasn’t even bad. First time I had a car “detailed” and wasn’t worth 20$ much less 50$. I’ll try Paradise next time

I am a very loyal customer, and I always go here to get my oil changes and a interior detailed package, ranging to about almost $60. With the ownership the workers are careless, I have to ask them 3 or 4 times to either vacuum my car right or wipe things down that should be included in the interior package. Even with the horrible service I still give them a gracious tip. When I called and spoke to the manager about the service he simply told me if I want it done right maybe I need to upgrade my package = more money. He had a none caring attitude.I”m already paying close to $60 if they can’t get it done right with this, than there’s no way I am paying money. I don”t care how good the downtowner is, I will be spending my money else where.

Have been to various Mister Car Wash locations but this location was the first. I was greeded at the front gate and was taken care of very promptly. I have a monthly platinum membership so they gave me the full car wash experience  with the wax job. The employees went above in beyond in cleaning my car. Were also kind enough to clean my mats as they were really dirty and put car refreshers inside. Excellent quality of service, free popcorn and coffee. Definitely sticking to this location.
