Went in for an oil change and wash. Greeter was great and very pleasant, cashier was very nice and the fella running the oil change department was very nice. 
My complaint is: Car mates were very dirty, counsel was dirty and I had to wipe it down, windows were smeared, vac job was done very poorly.
This use to be the Downtowner and I have been going there for the last 10 + years for a car wash or an oil change and never had any problems. 
I really am very disappointed with cleaning part of this visit.

Just like many other recent posts from FB and other sites, its very apparent that quality and integrity have vanished since the purchase of the downtowner car wash, been a customer for over 15 years, the last few visits for washes & oil changes have really left a extremely poor impression on me compared years of quality service. As like others, I guess its time to move on and find a reputable car wash in St. Paul sad to say but this place is washed up, suggestions for other places welcome.

I had the best experience ever the staff is phenomenal the vehicle looked phenomenal the AutoGlass team there fix my windshield perfectly you have a customer forever.
