Summary: Worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen, by far. Detail: I have been to a lot of Dairy Queens, but the one in Whitefish was a new experience a couple of weeks ago. Walked in to find a twelve year old at the register. No joke. A twelve year old. I presume it was his grandmother who stood by while we tried to explain the items we wanted to eat. He didn't know what was included in the chicken basket or how to upgrade the drink to a blizzard. That might have been workable, but neither did the woman! In fact, she actually walked to the back twice to clarify, coming back to say the BOY did it right. When I got the receipt, I saw he had not. We also asked for a chicken burger without sauce. She told him to select "plain", which ended up meaning meat and bun. More details could be shared, but the point is -- total ineptitude was displayed in every aspect of the job (including an inability to print an itemized receipt - someone else happened by who helped with that - THANKS!!!).

The owner of the dairy queens in Kalispell/whitefish REALLY need to where and how to run a business. They need to train their employees. The whitefish Dairy Queen sucks. They are the slowest Dairy Queen I have ever been to my entire life. The one in Kalispell is run by teenage girls and they do not know how to efficiently run a store. They constantly tell you that they don't make something anymore simply because they don't want to make it but the next time you go they'll make it for you. And the cherry dipping sauce for the cones is never made right so it does not cover the cones right and they try to force you to take it even though they made it wrong. Of the stores have terrible customer service skills. When I was assistant manager of dominoes the first thing you do is apologize and try to make your mistake right. Neither of the stores ever offer anything extra to make it right. In my opinion if you own restaurant and don't know how to run then you probably shouldn't own them.

Horrible service 2 different times we went. This last time we ordered 3 dipped waffle cones. Took over 40 minutes this time. We would have left but that sadly couldn't happen blocked in at the drive through. Waiting that long in the DRIVE THROUGH! Then when we got to the window they said they didn't have the cones and it would be at least 10 more min TO MAKE THEM!! never going back.

WHY PUT BREAD IN WITH THE CHICKEN STRIPS AND FRIES IF IM JUST GONNA FEED IT TO MY DOGS THIS IS NOT OKAY
