The ice cream here is incomparable to anything else locally. I love the soft serve cones and the blizzards. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Unless there is no one in front of you at all, you're almost guaranteed to be waiting a few minutes in line or at the window. There have been few times where I have driven up and the order was ready, and I usually have a simple 2 item order. There was a girl I believe by the name of Victoria who helped me with my now favorite flavor of blizzard. She was very nice.

So I ordered a 5 buck lunch which I get often, and I tryed to upgrade to a fudge stuffed cookie dessert instead of a sundae and the lady at the window said no. I asked why and she stated it was store policy and I continued to ask why does it matter if I’m paying the extra money, why can I not get what I want. She was very rude and said that I could not upgrade because it was store policy and she’s the “owner” of the store. I just don’t understand how I cannot simply get something when I’m paying for it.. so I said okay just give me the sundae and I pulled up to the window and she continued to be rude, the food was old and very cold like it had been sitting out. Overall this DQ is horrible and I’ll never go there again. I’ve had a lot better experiences with other DQ stores and I will continue to go to them.

Good food, good price, good service. Always delicious never a problem. They even gave my cat ice cream when we brought him. Thank you
