I have been going here for the last 1.5 years and I find that service is good and the food is pretty good, too. However, their drinks leave a lot to be desired. Every single time I have ordered a soda it tastes mostly like carbonated water. My other complaint is that it closes so early compared with its surrounding fast food chains.

This restaurant is so poorly ran and managed we've been there a couple of times and we are always very disappointed by the service that we receive and the food quality and after this last incident I am not going back. We stopped by for dinner Thursday November 9th and there were only a few people in the restaurant two of which were employees of the store that were off that day and we're standing at the counter talking to the employees who are working not only were they being loud and obnoxious they were throwing food that they were eating into the food prep area where they were making our food we finally seen enough and ask to speak with a manager and we were laughed at and a manager was never produced. This is just a terrible way to run your business and my family for one will not be going back there are other Taco Bells in the area as well as plenty of other fast food options for us if I were the owner of this particular franchise I would be embarrassed by what I saw.

Very poor experience here at this taco bell/KFC. Could barely understand the woman taking my order. She sounded high as a kite . Secondly, I observed the gentleman in the back preparing my food with his gloves on. Then he continued to take his phone out of his pocket, text on it and walked away while my food sat on the assembly table. Then came back with the same gloves on and handed me my food. It was easier to just throw away the burrito than to make a stink. Then I asked for a side of avocado ranch and he said with a nasty attitude "well that cost extra" and didn't even know how much it was. So I said don't worry about it and walked away. Not to mention they are out of stock of like three things I tried to order. And every employee in the back was yelling at each other. Safe to say I will never come back here again.

2:30 on a Sunday afternoon with an empty dining area sounds like it should be easy to get Taco Bell pretty quickly.....well, not at this Taco Bell. If your looking for fast food, seek it elsewhere. Wish I could rate less that 1 star. Without exaggerating, this is consistently the worst Taco Bell in the Tampa Bay Area!
