The desserts alone are to die for, the fries aren't great but the onion rings are good. I've been going since childhood and will continue to do so probably for the rest of my life. I'm not fond of the closing whenever they decide tonight situation, but they're my first choice for desserts.

I just visited this evening around 5 minutes ago & I am so moved by my negative experience from the sour young blonde lady serving customers. After being just over all rude taking our order she slammed them down when they were ready and walked off to assist the next person in line without a simple notation that it was our order or a "have a good day" after I thanked her for her service. 

The ice cream was good, but that associate should be reconsidered or retrained; two stars.

Hey you should go to this DQ it is the best one I have ever been to. The manager is really friendly and designs all of the nice cakes. All of the employees are very very friendly to like ask them for a napkins and you get napkins

Every time I order a burger it's so dry it's disgusting. Also the way they put the toppings and sauce is just a mess and 50/50 they either use to much flamethrower sauce which results in a horrible mess or there is almost none on it. 

Burgers are always dry though. 

Also last time I ordered take away, they threw in what must have been like 20-30 packets of vinegar and nothing else. 

But what really gets me, is the line up procedure at the counter. 
I mean when you walk in there is like maybe 2 feet between the doors and the counter and this place is always packed with over weight people and ghetto parents with ghetto kids and they all congregate around the front counter. So there is no real line up procedure that takes place.

Which makes things really awkward for non pushy ghetto people. 
Usually, people line up in a respectful single file manner. Which is standard. Or so I thought.

Also this place is really dirty, and the bigger ladies working the till are really unfriendly.  

But.... It is a ghetto location, so it should be expected. ... I guess.
