I visited Kelseys with my cousins for a dinner out. We were greeted by a nice hostess. When we asked for a booth it took her ahwile to decide where to put us despite there being about 8 available. Our server seemed less than impressed to be working. Her answers were short and she had a scowl on her face. 

The food was alright. No complaints there. It came to us relatively quick as well.. But considering we were only 1 of maybe 5 tables of people in there that was no surprise. 

Overall the food was good but they could improve on their customer service.

Our waiters name was Jack. He gave us excellent service and the food was fantastic.  Had a great night.

Was a little concerned when hostess left the front door, then bartender quickly seated us.  Fast friendly service and they even offer gluten friendly options.

Service was great.  We were a group of 5 plus a toddler.  It was a Friday night at 7pm so it was busy.  They needed to put some tables together so we had to wait, they said 10 minutes.  We sat ay the bar and waited there.  It took longer than expected to be seated.  Once we ordered an app of spinach dip, they told us that they'd comp us for it because we waited longer than expected.

My father ordered a sirloin steak and it was tough, had trouble cutting it, he ate as much of it as he could.  Not the restaurant's fault, but he mentioned it to the server.  They took his plate away and i guess they tried to cut it in the kitchen because the server came back out and agreed that it was indeed tough.  They comped his steak.  So A+that's what I call service, very happy, would definately go there again!

Amazing food. Beat Kelsey's that I have been to. Wife loves there salads and wings. Service is exceptional and always welcomed  with a smile
