Very busy so it's normally a wait if the weather us good. Nice employees, they turn the blizzards upside down and they have a good amount of employees for busy times. Parking is a complete nightmare. The drivethru gets packed and makes parking even harder. It would be easier to park somewhere else and walk.

Going through the drive thru our food is often incorrect. They tend to hand you your icecream even though you'll still be waiting 5 - 10 minutes for food, so it melts. I usually do not accept it and ask for it to come out the same time as my order to avoid melting, this sometimes gets me an attitude. However, going inside is a different experience. Inside the staff is more friendly, the food is always correct, it comes out very quick and we get our ice cream after we eat. Also their "5 buck lunch" is a great deal!

Haven't had this place in years, since I worked for the one that was in Mogadore. Still the same, a lot of the young work here, but they deliver quality service. Came at about 3:30-4 pm. Got a 6 pc chicken strip basket. Didn't look like my toast was buttered but hey that's alright all my food was hot. Quiet environment tho not really any loud talking, some music tho, Could have been down a little lower. But other than that after years of not having ate here I was quite pleased. Interior looks really nice too, long wrap-around bar table can seat 13 people.Definitely recommend.

Dairy Queen isn't the place it used to be...it's more! Though the prices can definitely put a dent in your wallet, the food tastes great and who doesn't have a favorite blizzard flavor or ice cream treat? Family friendly staff serve you with a quality product without waiting too long.

Love there ice cream options. Blizzards, peanut butter parfait and sundaes. My son likes peanut butter so he gets a blizzard with just peanut butter syrup only. They are so accommodating.
