Beau’s on the River opened at the Sheraton Suites Akron/Cuyahoga Falls in May of 2013. Our restaurant on the river offers stunning views of the river rapids and falls with floor to ceiling windows in a contemporary décor.

Story

As a sister property to Beau’s Grille at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, we offer a casual atmosphere with plenty of the same great food and service that the award winning Beau’s Grille has been treating our loyal customers to for years. We look forward to seeing you.

Absolutely amazingly delicious dining experience!! I ordered shrimp and grits and my husband order the catch of the day, Swordfish. Our table over looked that scenic river. Our waitress was pleasant and prompt with all of our requests. The whole evening left a wonderful tastes in my mouth!! I can’t wait to return

This place was fantastic! Service was fast and great. Our waiter was very helpful because this was the first time we were there. We asked to be sat by the windows and they happily sat us there. The booths were huge and the view was amazing!!!!! The food was so delicious and such great portions. Definelty worth our hour and a half drive.

Plain awful. We had a reservation for a large birthday party, and we were given a limited menu because of this. Everyone was upset because they had viewed the full menu online prior. The limited menu for large parties was not online. I specifically asked to order one thing off the regular menu, and the manager refused (hard to believe in this day and age, right?). Everything on the limited menu was the most expensive and was MUCH smaller than the regular menu. The waiters didn’t even come around to refill water for entirely too long. Our reservation was for 7:00, and we were not given bread until 8:25. Someone had to ask for it. We were told it was baking and not ready, however we had made a reservation stating how many people are coming days in advance. Everyone was unhappy. We felt like we were treated as if we should be grateful to them for letting us celebrate there instead of appreciated for our business. No one was impressed with the food or the service. Too many complaints about the food to post here. No one wanted to make a formal complaint and ruin the mood for the birthday celebration. We were a group of medical and pharmacy students who get incredibly little time for outings, so we were very excited for this dinner. 20 people made it out after a long exam day. It was sad and disappointing to be treated less than a regular customer. Everyone in the party wanted me to be sure to leave a review.

We frequent Beau's because of the great customer service, great food and fabulous atmosphere. We have never had a bad experience. You have to try the lobster bisque soup..no other place can compare! I love this restaurant because of the overall experience. Everything from the drinks to deserts is Worth your hard earned $$.

Can’t recommend the buffet, it was not good at all. The service was lousy - no coffee refills to be had. But the view of the Cuyahoga Falls is spectacular!
