Inefficient, filthy, even by DQ standards. Placed order inside, but before I could pay, they said they had to make my blizzard. None of my other food was being made because my order was not finalized. They were very disorganized and it seemed as though no employee had a specific task unless randomly bossed around. The moment my cashier left the station, they were absorbed into the kitchen crew. I went to the bathroom while waiting on my blizzard and came back to 7 people in line behind me...no change in the status of my order. That cashier did not wash their hands before preparing food. No one was wearing gloves, including the manager, whose clothing had glitter on it. The manager had no respect for the employees or customers present in the store and was focused only on serving the drive thru. Ten minutes after ordering, I left without getting or paying for anything. The bathroom was gross. There was an unnecessarily rude sign up (each word was its own bullet point) in the women's restroom about feminine hygiene product disposal. The walls, handles, floors, even the mirror was disgusting.

I stopped in here for lunch today as I was starving. I will give this Dairy Queen the benefit of saying that when I did receive the food it was fresh and hot. Unfortunately the build-up to the food was not so great. I was rushed by the young person situated at the order taking station which was not marked clearly. The place itself was filthy. None of the tables have been wiped off for some time nor had the counters and the floors certainly appeared as if they hadn't been swept all day. And yet there seemed to be several young people behind the counter who appeared to have nothing to do as they were getting something to drink and this and that. I can't give you a rundown on the bathrooms here because I did not want to chance them. I might add that when I got my food I got one napkin . I needed more than one but there were no napkin holders in the place . I had to go ask for a few more napkins . I'd probably stop here again if I was starving, but that probably won't happen because I will get something to eat before I leave Newport next time.

Great service despite the fact that it was the first hot weekend of the summer. Nice location for getting on and off the highway, without the congestion in town!

It was the absolute worst service i have ever gotten at any fast food restaurant in my life. I ordered a fry and sat there watching it for 10 minutes before they final annouced my order was done. And they burnt my wiener, whatever you do do not go to this diary queen!! It would be faster and a better experience to drive to philomath.
