I've been to this restaurant many many times, and it's one of my favorite breakfast joints in Newport. I can only give four stars because this is a very hit-or-miss restaurant, sometimes it blows my mind how good the food tastes, and other times the potatoes are dry and the eggs overcooked. However I keep going here because overall this place is great. It has great character, I love bringing my dog with me on their covered porch, and they make good coffee. Definitely choose their biscuit to go with your breakfast, it's the best biscuit I've ever had! Or better yet, go with biscuits and gravy--always a win.

Excellent food for a reasonable price. Portions are quite large. Service is a bit slower due to the small size of the facility. Coffee and pastries are fresh and homemade. Interior is clean and nice, though a bit cramped. There is limited outdoor seating as well, with a good view of the Yaquina Bay. Parking can be a bit tricky to find, especially during busy, tourist times of the year.

Delicious comfort food, good coffee, a darling location in a historic home (it was floated to the harbor on a barge!). The staff was adorable and the decor in the place is super fun to look at. Check out the community board! I am plotting ways to get my wife and I relocated to this part of the world. I love it here!!!

I had some seriously delicious crab cakes w eggs (wasn't too keen on the, to me, overly sweet mustard sauce on it). And the serving size was generous! Service, though, could be quite a bit friendlier. I'd also recommend they switch serving margarine for butter.

Great view of the water, massive portions of delicious food, super yummy drinks! I recommend the spiced chai (with an extra shot of espresso). My partner and I split the fruit crepes and there was still some left over. Can't wait to come back and try more things!
