The staff is friendly and helpful, to the point of going beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. When I visited DQ last weekend, they were busy serving a woman and the 6 mentally disabled people she had brought with for an outing. The lady who helped was so patient and friendly, going out of her way to help keeping orders clear and separate. The manager was also helpful, and stayed present to help ensure smooth service and supportive efficiency. They thanked me afterwards for my patience, but I thought the compliment belonged to them!!! 5 stars, DQ!!!

Extremely pricey and always a long drive thru wait. On the upside, hot food is always fresh and staff is extremely pleasant.

I love going to the DQ in New Port RICHEY, Fl.! The owners are very friendly. Bill, Georgia and Theo are very friendly and make you feel special! I feel as though they treat me and whoever I'm with like family! You can see it's very important to them that their customers are happy with the food they ordered. They are very professional. The family takes a lot of pride in their work. There should be more restaurants run the way DQ is run. It's because of how the family operates the DQ that I am a frequent customer! Thank you Bill, Georgia and Theo! I greatly appreciate you!

They post on front COTTON CANDY is back. But was stopped over a month ago. Sent and email when I was told to bad .. beside my blizzard was not turned upside down. How hard is it to carry cotton candy blizzard all summer long. Then salted caramel was sold out as well it's still on tv commerical s

I love the blizzards, & every time i can manage to have afew bucks, i run, this deal that you get another one for .99 is wonderful, I can make a pig of myself easy cause i'm always trying to keep on my weight & i can't, I just keep loosing & loosing, the bad part is i can't break down the fats in real ice cream, i always have to get frozen yogurt & that's great to, I'm keeping Publix in business im sure, cause i finish one myself every 2- 3 nights, its my main food daily. So a big thank you to DQ, I'm loven it.....snort
