Would B a 0, if it was an option........ Worst McDonald's Ever!!! 6 out of 7 days a week their coffee & shake machines R "out of service"....... Don't offer something on the menu that U can Never Serve!!!!!!!!! & don't even get me started on never getting the right food!!! Lol!!! It's not even 2min away from my house & I drive the extra 10min "each way" 2 go 2 the 1 just south of Moog Rd. Cause they're awesome!!! My coffee is always perfect, n they're fast & polite..... Totally worth the extra $0.40 for my coffee, the gas & my time!!! Save Ur frustration levels & take the extra time & drive 2 Moog Rd!!!

Would have gave a 0 due to staff including management . Everybody to worried about their cell phones and not customers. My biggest  issue is with the ice cream machine. For over four weeks it has only been working about seven times and staff don't even know how to change the syrup. Then the manager was yelling how the  machine was dirty and not clean. They all need to be retrained. I ran  kitchen for the Army and I didn't put up with what I see here. Hope it gets better or a whole new crew. Maybe try to retrain this crew cause they need it

This place is such garbage. I go frequently due to living right down the street. But the manager is the biggest cheap scape their is.

Got a Fish sandwich and there was maybe a drop of tartar sauce, leaving 80% of the patty bone dry.

Napkins, straws, etc. are limited, which I can understand to a degree, but this place is just micromanaged into the ground and it's noticeable. Drinks are 99% ice. Don't leave the drive thru without checking your order! This place like most others can't seem to get much right and when they do, they rip you off anyway.

Thanks for my $7 fries. 😠

This has to be the slowest McDonald's I've been to recently with the most Ill mannered employees. While sitting in the lobby waiting for my food, I could hear the employees talking trash about the customers in the drive-thru.I normally don't complain because I know how food/customer service jobs can be but ddaanngg! No greeting, no your welcome after I said thank you even after waiting patiently for 2 dollar menu items for over 10 minutes. Wishing now that I had gotten names.. Or at least the name of the guy working front counter. He definitely shouldn't be interacting with the public.

Probably one of the worst McDees I’ve ever been to. From employees shouting at each other in the back all the way to getting the wrong food item 3 out of 4 times. Worth driving up the road to another for a bit better service and food.
