Here is a typical experience for me at this location: 1. The girl at the drive through will sound extremely annoyed when she asks me what I want. 2. They won't fill the cup with ice cream when I order a large Blizzard. Usually between 1/2" to 1" all the way around from the top of the cup. 3. I will leave feeling even more annoyed than person who took my order sounded because I don't want to feel petty for asking them to fill the cup. 4. I avoid going back for several months (it may have even been a year once) even though I really like the Blizzards, in hopes they get new management; train their employees on customer service, or go out of business for making buying ice cream such a horrible experience. 5. On the bright side, the experience does help me cut back on how much ice cream I eat, so there is a smaller silver lining around my waist at least.

Great place for soft serve and fast food . I have to give it - one star for the lack of a bike rack . There's no place to lock your bikes up unless you want to lock them to their fence .

Management needs to wake up quick before this store goes out of business. Seriously - the service is terrible and we were shorted food multiple times. DQ is great but we'll never be returning to this particular store. We were treated very rudely. I'm surprised they didn't just spit on our food in front of us; we were made to feel like we did something wrong just by placing an order. We were also dismayed to find food missing and what food we did have, was not good (the chicken strips were like thin breaded pieces of chicken skin!).

Didn't have salted Carmel blizzard last visit...tried calling twice for info on ice cream cake and no one would answer the phone today
