I moved to New Canaan, and Dr. Lohman was one of the first people I met. I found her to be very knowledgeable and personable. Coming from Houston, I am used to the meccas of doctors and hospitals. Dr. Lohman made me feel like what I needed to discuss with her was always important and she took all the time I needed. Her diagnoses were always spot on, and her prescribed medicine did the trick. I will sorely miss her and her staff!

Lack of attention to detail & very Inexperienced Doctor. I called her with a question about a medication she prescribed me. I wanted to confirm the directions were correct on the bottle. I asked if I should be using these drops in both eyes, she said: "what does the bottle say" I said, "it says both eyes" She said, OK so it's both eyes. I would have thought she might just be a difficult person to ask questions to, but her tone made it seem like she genuinely did not know what she prescribed me. I called her two days later saying I was coughing and it was keeping me up at night. She gave me an expectorant which is just going to make you cough more, no cough suppressant or anything to do with my problem. she said if I wanted anything else I had to drive to the office the next day and pick up a script as she refused to call anything else in. so i lost another day at work due to lack of sleep... :-(
