It is very hard to make an appointment, they put you on hold forever to the point you change your mind and go to other doctor

The office staff aren't exactly rolling out the red carpet but the Doctor is very good. He is unconventional with his quirkiness and Hawaiian shirts and I love it. The office staff are loud and can have an attitude. Waiting time is another problem. I recommend giving him a try and see if you can handle the negatives.

Calabrese is great- however, getting to see him is the difficult part. His office staff (and one of the main staff members in particulary) is severly lacking in customer relations with their patients. It's a shame that he does not get better office staff- they yell into the phones and speak very rudely to nearly nearly everyone that walks into the office/ calls into the office. In calling for a simple prescription renewal (an epi pen for food allergies) they yelled at me for not coming into the office in a year (I had not been sick and when I was they told me they could not fit me in so I went to urgent care!) You will wait an easy hour (up to nearly 3 I've waited) in seeing the doctor. The only thing that keeps my family coming back is that the doctors are excellent with the patients once you do see them. If you can find a place with a better staff and equal bedside manner I'd say go elsewhere (until Calabrese lets go of the rude staff members and/or has them retrained).
