i love dr jessup i think she’s an amazing dr but these nurses and receptionist need a reality check and need to learn how to talk to people. every single time i have EVER called this office and talked to someone ive gotten off the phone very angry and upset. it is ridiculous the way they talk to people. i have the worst experiences with them which makes me want to change offices but i just love jessup so much. and don’t even get me started on lori. i have NEVER had a more terrible dr than that woman. she is extremely rude, doesn’t listen, is on her phone or talking over me the entire time. she doesn’t knock before she comes in. she’s loud and just so rude and i have told them MULTIPLE times to not schedule me with her and they continue to try and schedule me with her. i’m getting very tired of the way they treat people
I see miss Lori an I won’t go anywhere else she is very good an takes her time to actually listen ! Every time I been there the staff has always been very nice ! I would highly recommend this place !
The new phone system is horrible at best. I wont try to call anymore. So you open at 7am but don't turn your phones on until 830am what sense does that make? Ridiculous!!! This makes want a new dr that has a phone that works when they are open............. update there is no dr patient confidentiality here. Everything you tell her will go in your medical chart. She really expects people to trust her? I dont anymore. The other dr Lipinski gave me medication that im alegric to right after I told her that I was allergic to them. Go somewhere else these dr's are just pill pushers. Ps thank you for making me go find a better dr. I found one that hates the way you treat patients. I also tell everyone not to come to your dr office.
I just had my first visit. The staff was wonderful. Dr Jessup was nice. She was attentive and wasn't like usual drs around here that are in and out doing the bare minimum
We shall see how my mother's appointment with her goes before I leave a detailed review.
Does anyone know if she is a pediatrician?
