I saw Dr. Jacobs for a dental implant and to have a wisdom tooth removed.  I had an extremely positive experience and my recovery was a breeze. I would strongly recommend Dr J for anyone needing oral surgery.

I saw Dr. Jacobs to take out my wisdom teeth because my dentist recommended doing so before they caused any problems. Dr. Jacobs saw me for a consultation, answered all of my questions, and gave me an appointment for surgery. The office in Caldwell is beautiful and modern and I instantly felt comfortable there. Dr J put me to sleep for the surgery and the entire process was painless and so easy. Very positive experience here and I recommend them so much that I even sent my sister there for a dental implant (she also had a very similar and positive experience). Thanks Dr. Jacobs!!

Dr Jacobs is an excellent and compassionate surgeon. His office is beautiful, staff wonderful, and I would recommend him without hesitation for anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Jacobs went above and beyond helping our 6 year old son!  Our son needed several stitches on the inside of his lip and Dr. Jacobs was patient, calming and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Dr. Jacobs explained what would happen during the procedure and provided a thorough explanation of the treatment required to keep the wound safe in the days to follow.  He made our son feel comfortable during a very upsetting situation.  I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs and wish more doctors took the time and gave the effort to make us feel as comfortable as Dr. Jacobs did!

Dr. Jacobs recently removed my wisdom teeth .  Not only is his office absolutely pristine, his staff was welcoming and attentive to a very "nervous" patient (me).  Dr. Jacobs really makes you feel like you are his ONLY patient and goes the extra mile to make sure you are informed, comfortable and happy.  Everyone should wish for good health and limit their need for a doctor but when/if you do, don't think twice - they are the best! Thank you NJCENTROS TEAM!
