Staff keeps changing appt. times and then bills for a "NO SHOW" even when you are NOT in Town and tell them so. If your going to make confirming calls, then do not assume that IF an APPOINTMENT was NOT MADE or verified ; that the client would not be there. Not very friendly and workable with older people. The staff needs some managerial guidance. If you tell the appointment staff 'you will CONTACT THEM upon your return" why would they schedule an appointment and not give a written date and time notice. Eye staff is very friendly and sincere in what they do; but the office staff needs some retraining.

The scheduling here is worse than awful. Four appoints were changed the night before or day of from after work hours for me to during work hours and once I got there each and EVERY visit I waited more than an hour. No consideration for anyone but themselves. I love Dr Jackson but I will be able to continue here or my own job will be in jeopardy. No one needs to constantly reschedule I think the get cancellations and want to move all the appointments up to get out early. Worst office ever been to.

Grade F for scheduling. We have visited the office numerous times. The quickest wait time during our many visits was 2 hours and 20 minutes. Because so many people are waiting, there is often not enough seats for everyone. Grade F for check in. Since this office deals with people who are elderly with significant vision problems, you would expect the many forms that require filling out to be enlarged or made readable for the patients. They couldn't care less. We requested forms to be emailed so they could be enlarged on the computer. After much argument, they agreed. Still have not received the forms. Grade C for staff who administer vision related tests which the doctor half the time doesn't even look at. They ask the patient to sign a release form, but totally misrepresent what the form is for. I think they have not read the form. One staff member speaks so quickly and quietly for a person who is hard of hearing. Grade A for staff who takes eye photographs. I'm not sure why this is needed every visit except for billing. Grade D for doctor. Although knowledgeable and clinical, he is arrogant, cold, extremely brief and is oblivious to the incompetence and insensitivity inherent in the practice.

I had a 3:30 appt....was,ask to come in early to fill out paperwork.arrived at 3:10pm fill out paperwork...waited until 4:20 to then be brought into another area where a person asked me the same questions I just answered on the paper...then was brought into another waiting room to wait for pictures...pictures taken and finally saw a Dr at 5:25pm....my time is just as important as these Dr who think they are GOD I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE AGAIN
