Dr. Cohen has been nothing but helpful to me and her assistants are awesome too! A good mix of professionalism and caring concern. I've never had an issue with appointments; they have always been accommodating.

If I could rate this place 0/5 I would. I loved this doctor's office when Dr.Westbrook was my doctor. He listen to my problems. He took his time and effort to figure out what was wrong. Since he left the practice. I got put with Dr. Cohen. I tried to make an appointment to see about adjusting my depression and anxiety medication in December. They said she could not see me until April. That's a tad upsetting because this is a mental illness and should be taken seriously. So I suffered for four months. I got to my appointment, and one of the nurses cancelled the appointment without letting me know. So they plans I had that day had to be pushed back because someone decided to cancel an appointment on me without my consent. After an hour wait to see the doctor she didn't seem to concerned about it. And only wanted to spend roughly 15 minutes with me because that's policy. But the room before me she was in there for 45 minutes. I got my medicine adjusted. I try to make an appointment because the adjustment wasn't working and the options of openings they were giving me weren't working with my work schedule and they got vey rude and said well if my problems aren't severe enough to miss work it's not their problem basically. I had just started a new job and I couldn't miss work. So I made the appointment anyway and when I got there they told me that I didn't have an appointment and that I was basically crazy. Because it's not in the computer and sorry they don't have any openings. So the fact you can have existing appointments or make appointments it doesn't matter because they disappear. I don't like the fact she puts you on a medication and doesn't have you set up another appointment (if you do it's gone in that amount of time. You no longer have that appointment) and she doesn't even have the nurses call you to see how it's working. from my experience there it been terrible.

Dr Cohen is a great caring doctor who listens and is very easy to address your concerns with her.

Dr. Cohen really listens to my concerns and genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. I appreciate the opportunity to have her as my primary care physician.
