After a bad experience at a different derm office I found Dr Jordan's office. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. I had several biopsies done and it was literally painless. The experience and skill of the doctor is obvious.  I will refer anyone looking for a dermatologist to this doctor.

I am a first timer, I schedule appointment, the earliest appointment was 10 days away and I accepted,  the day before my appointment they called and said their nurse practitioner was no longer working on Tuesdays and Thursdays and could not see me for an additional 10 days. They made no compensation to get me in any earliee when they were in error. I felt that was inappropriate and very unprofessional. She may be a good doctor but the way they handle business is sub-par. This happened on August 2.

I really like the staff here. I never wait more then 5 minutes within my appointment and Lauren is great!
