My mother was a patient of Ann Zamler, so many issues I do not know where to begin. Ann has good intention however she unfortunately causes more problems for patients than helps, she pushes patients to talk about things they do not feel comfortable with and she’s not a therapist also she refuses to refill prescriptions and questioning ethics of previous qualified drs when in fact she is just a NP not a DO or MD. Dr Roth is full in his patient roaster so he sends people to Ann and unfortunately she is trying to be the dr and at times doesn’t know what to do with patient care and instead wants to drop patients before they find proper care which is negligence. She is also trying to act as a license therapist when in fact she does not have the credited PHD to do so. If your looking for empathy, good care for your family members, and someone who makes them feel better not worse, this is not the practice. Lastly Ann dropped my mother and refused to fill her meds until she found a new dr, in the 3 month span that they are suppose to, when I contacted Henry ford and mentioned this they said we could file a lawsuit for negligence in the state of Michigan, when I informed dr Roth office about this they finally filled her scripts until she found a new dr. I will say I cant judge Dr Roth as he was not my mother’s Dr. And at many times I did call him to help my mom get the necessary scripts, This office needs work thank you
